Nadir Nadirov

Since the launch of the Oil & Gas Kazakhstan Magazine in 1996, Nadir Nadirov has served as the Editor-in-Chief, of the scientific and technical oil and gas journal.

From 1997 to the present, Nadirov has acted as the Vice-President of the National Engineering Academy (NEA) of Kazakhstan. He is also the General Director of the Scientific-Engineering Centre (SEC) of NEA.

Academician N.K.Nadirov is one of the most cited Kazakh scientists. The Ministry of Culture, Information and Public Consent of Кazakhstan recognised his monograph «Oil and Gas of Kazakhstan» in two volumes as the «Best Book of 1996».

In total, Nadirov has contributed more than 850 proceedings, 30 monographs, 5 discoveries, 260 author’s certificates on inventions and patents; guidance of more than 10 doctor's and 50 candidate’s theses.

N.K.Nadirov is a member of the International Engineering Academy (МEA, 1996) and the National Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan. He is the Head of the working group of the Highest Scientific and Technical Commission (HSTC) and an independent member of the Directors Board of the Kazakh Institute of Oil and Gas.
